Plot Holes
Tranquiliser (Time: 31:52)
At 31:52, Sylar is tranquilised; yet in episode 21 of season 3, Claire is shown to be immune to being drunk due to her regenerative powers. As Sylar also has this ability, the tranquiliser should not affect him.
Overlooking Claire's blood (Time: 32:20)
In season 2, episode 8, Nathan is given a blood transfusion by Adam Monroe (Kensei) after suffering from severe radiation burns, in an effort to revive him. In season 2, episode 9, Noah Bennett is shot and is brought back with the use of Claire's blood. Despite this, when Nathan is killed by Sylar in season 3 (episode 25); Noah, knowing that Claire's blood can be used to revive others, does not suggest this as a solution.
